APARC conquers Tasmania

APARC conquers Tasmania

After a lengthy and thorough Tender process, Launceston City Council have appointed APARC for the replacement of on-street meters for their Local Government Area (LGA).

Council has made the great choice of the 7”inch colour screen Flowbird kiosk, which displays messages such as what’s on in the LGA, general advertising, missing persons, pictures, couponing, special events, and weather information. In fact, messages can be tailored to whatever you like.

With only a small number of legacy parking meters remaining, APARC have dominated the Tasmanian-state with our full suite of products including meters, sensors, enforcement, permits, and mobile payment.

Backed by global manufacturing giant Parkeon/Flowbird with 88% of the global market share, we should see the streets of Launceston looking better than ever in March 2021. APARC would like to thank team Launceston for the opportunity, and the trust they have in the APARC product suite.
