Hobart embraces NB-IoT

Hobart City Council have requested APARC to deploy NB-IoT sensor technology in their Regatta Ground car park North Hobart.

Council has recognised the added benefit that NB-IoT technology brings to the table, including extended battery life of 10 years, no repeaters and gateways, supports a massive number of connections, low power consumption, and an optimised network structure.

APARC is thrilled to be supporting Hobart City Council and looks forward to installing the technology in the coming weeks.
